Swethal Kumar lives in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates for nearly 2 decades and spent his major part of the careers with Mubadala Investment (www.mubadala.com), one of the largest sovereign funds in the world. In 2019, He was seconded to support setting up Hub71 (www.hub71.com), an Abu Dhabi government-funded startup ecosystem. After serving the company for over 12 years, he decided to start his new venture called www.startupscale360.com, an ecosystem builder. Since then he is very active in MENA, Georgia and India startup ecosystem to foster innovation and creativity among young entrepreneurs. He also helps startups and venture capitalists raising funds and providing new market access.

Speaking little more about India and Georgia, Swethal Kumar, with the support of Laffaz Media, launched the Indo-MENA corridor in Feb 2021 to build a bridge between India and the Middle East.
